I admire how Tarina Tarantino mixed tulle, ribbons, velvet, swarovski crystals, glass pearls and even skull-shaped ornaments to create such gorgeous, delicate and sweet hair accessories...they're not within my means but they do give me a lot of ideas for some DIYs....:)
